This policy describes how I collect and process your personal data on the Dibodev website (dibodev.fr). The site primarily targets France; it may be offered in other languages in the future.

When you contact me via the form, I receive: project type, page range, budget, first and last name, email address and message. This information is used only to process your request and reply to you.
I do not store this data in a database. It is sent by email (via Mailjet) and remains in my inbox for the duration of our exchange. I undertake to delete personal data from these exchanges within 2 years of the last contact, unless required by law to retain it.
I use Mailjet (13bis rue de l'Aubrac, 75012 Paris, France) to send emails (contact notification and acknowledgement). Mailjet acts as a subcontractor for message transmission.
The site uses Umami, hosted at umami.dibodev.fr, to measure traffic (visits, page views). Umami is configured without cookies. No data resale, no advertising cookies. Data is used only to understand site usage in aggregate.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability and to object regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact me at contact@dibodev.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Data processing is subject to French law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
