AutoProGestion often comes up when a mechanic is looking for online management software: it's one of the few publishers in the sector to display its prices upfront. Before recommending anything, I reviewed its pricing grid on October 11, 2026, as well as those of garage software solutions that also publish their rates. Here’s who AutoProGestion is the right choice for, what might make you hesitate, four alternatives with their prices, and when a custom-built tool might be justified.
What AutoProGestion Costs in 2026
As of October 11, 2026, the AutoProGestion pricing page lists two plans and a custom quote option. Starter costs 29 € per month for up to 100 clients: unlimited quotes and invoices, online scheduling and appointments, job tracking, repair orders with condition reports, client portal for viewing, maintenance log with QR code, and a limited AI assistant with 10 messages per hour. Pro costs 59 € per month for an unlimited number of clients and adds client portal with remote signature, automatic SMS and email reminders, inventory with alerts, an accounting module with FEC export, used vehicle fleet management (Cerfa forms, police logbook), video inspection, license plate reading, and priority support. The Enterprise plan, multi-site with API, is available upon request.
Both plans are no-contract, cancellable at any time, with a 14-day free trial with no conditions—your card isn’t charged during the trial. Annual payment is advertised at 17% off, though no specific amount is displayed. The page doesn’t specify whether prices are exclusive of tax (HT) or all-inclusive (TTC), and the mobile app for the Pro plan is marked as ‘coming soon.’
Who AutoProGestion Is Right For
An independent garage with one to three employees looking to create quotes, repair orders, and invoices online, book appointments from their website, and give clients access—all at a fixed price with no commitment. If you don’t track inventory and have fewer than 100 active clients, Starter at 29 € per month covers the essentials. If you need automatic reminders, remote signatures, inventory tracking, and accounting exports, go for Pro at 59 €.
What Might Make You Hesitate
The 100-client limit. A busy garage quickly exceeds 100 client records. In that case, the actual plan you’d need is Pro, at 59 € per month, totaling 708 € per year.
Features split between the two plans. Inventory tracking, SMS reminders, and remote signatures aren’t included in Starter. Check which plan includes the features you use daily before comparing prices.
What’s Not Yet Available The mobile app is announced but not yet available as of October 11, 2026, multi-site functionality is available only upon request, and the page doesn’t specify whether prices are HT or TTC. Ask these three questions before committing.
Few Public Reviews Trustpilot shows a 4.2 out of 5 rating based on 6 reviews as of October 11, 2026. That’s neither a strong positive nor negative signal—it’s too few to draw conclusions. Try the 14-day trial instead.
Four Alternatives to AutoProGestion, With Their Prices
Prices listed on each publisher’s website, checked on September 29, 2026, for my comparison of garage management software, and verified on October 11th for Gest'Garage.
Gest'Garage costs 19 € per month, VAT not applicable, up to 5 employees, no commitment, with 14 days trial without a credit card, and 20% off annually. Everything is included: unlimited quotes, repair orders, and invoices, Factur-X invoices, electronic signature, workshop scheduling and online appointments, parts stock with alerts, and customer SMS. An additional garage under the same SIRET costs 10 € per month. It’s the cheapest alternative, and it already supports Factur-X invoices.
TDV costs 19.90 to 24.90 € TTC per month. The 19.90 € plan includes only the schedule and time rates; the full 24.90 € plan adds quotes, repair orders, invoices, and parts stock.
Kwixéo costs 22 to 89 € HT per month, or 18.33 to 74.17 € HT paid annually: vehicles, repair orders, quotes, invoices, and multi-depot stock in the Expert plan.
EBP MéCa and GAD Garage are available on quote. These are suites with integrated accounting or accounting exports, for garages that want everything from a single provider.
And if none fit: the custom tool
Garage software handles quotes and invoices well. Where they struggle is with what’s unique to your workshop: tracking mechanics’ hours, fleet monitoring for a professional client, or linking quotes, repair orders, added parts mid-process, and invoices without re-entering anything. I developed Gest-Time, a time-tracking software, for this exact need: a tool that does one thing, precisely how the business operates. I explain in another article what a custom tool brings to a garage owner.
On pricing, an add-on connected alongside your subscription costs 2,500 to 7,000 € one-time. A full management software ranges from 5,000 to 15,000 € upfront with me, plus 100 to 300 € per month for maintenance, hosting, and backups included, and you own the code. Over three years, AutoProGestion Pro costs 2,124 €. Custom solutions don’t win on this number: they win when your subscription costs you an hour a day in re-entry. My custom software pricing benchmark provides price ranges from 14 French providers to verify a quote.
How to Choose in One Day
Do the test in six questions from my page on garage software. Then put the software through its paces during its free trial: a quote accepted over the phone, turned into a signed repair order, a part added along the way, the invoice, and the technical inspection reminder six months later. If you enter something once, you’ll have to re-enter it every day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does AutoProGestion offer a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with no conditions as of its pricing page on October 11, 2026, with no charge during the trial.
What is the cheapest garage software?
Among those that display their prices, Gest'Garage at €19 per month all-inclusive, followed by TDV starting at €19.90 VAT included for the agenda alone.
Does a garage software need to handle electronic invoicing?
From September 1, 2027, SMEs will have to issue invoices in electronic format. Gest'Garage already supports this with Factur-X. For others, ask about the planned implementation date before committing.
What should a garage invoice include?
From €25 VAT inclusive: the date, the garage’s name and address, the customer’s name, the date and location of the service, the details of parts and labor, the subtotals (excluding and including tax), and the mileage. This is the minimum to check on the software you’re testing.
You don’t know which one to choose?
Describe your workshop in a few lines: number of employees, what you still do manually, and what annoys you. I’ll reply within 24 hours, and if a €19 subscription is enough, I’ll let you know.
