SignDex — HTML Email Signature & Brand Asset Generator

Context

SignDex is Dibodev’s internal production tool. It stores a brand profile per client (contact details, colors, logo, photos) and generates communication assets from templates: email signatures, flyers, social media banners, business cards, and loyalty cards.

Initially used for freelance signature orders, it later expanded to multi-office enterprises.

Problem

A good email signature seems simple. In practice:

• HTML must render correctly across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, each with their own limitations
• Image-only signatures aren’t clickable (phone, website, social links)
• Variants, formats, and team members multiply the workload
• Every hire, move, or office relocation requires full rework.

Solution

SignDex starts with a single brand profile. HTML templates pull client data and selected options (inverted colors, displayed visuals, portrait/logo, masked address) with live previews. A headless browser generates image versions, and the tool converts signatures to Apple Mail format.

Delivery is one-click: a ZIP archive with HTML, images, Apple Mail file, in-context previews in a mock email, and installation guides per provider.

For multi-site companies, SignDex manages organizations (offices and employees) and generates team-wide signatures at once. A white-label client portal also lets clients manage their own collaborators.
